| A Farfly lab high shear Inline mixer doesn't simply mix. It
emulsifies, homogenises, solubilises, suspends, disperses and
disintegrates solids. Each mixer, with its precision-engineered
rotor/stator workhead, far outperforms conventional mixers, cutting
processing times by up to 80%, improving quality, product
consistency and process efficiency. Inline high shear mixer Features: - Suitable for lab inline continuous production - Wide viscosity range than in batch high shear mixer - No batch difference - High efficiency, low noise - Special designed three stages rotor/stator for greater shear. Main technical data: Capacity Up to 500L/hr(consider water as media) No Bypassing Product cannot bypass the precision rotor/stator workhead. Interchangeable Workheads Single stage rotor/stator configurations workheads as standard. For those applications that require greater shear, interchangeable multistage configurations workheard can be used. There are three stages rotor/stators available.
